AutoErase FAQ’s:
Q: Why does AutoErase automatically close after performing it’s erase function?
A: AutoErase was designed to run manually or automatically. If running in automatic mode, and set to execute run every 3-days at 1:30 am, AutoErase will minimize itself in the system tray to reset itself to run in another 3-days. This feature is by design. Reopening AutoErase and viewing the log files will provide information on the last erase session. (optional)
Q: AutoMail doesn’t send an e-mail when the erase session is complete.
A: Verify that your domain and e-mail addresses are setup correctly. In the “Send To:” box make sure multiple e-mails are separated by the “|” character.
